U.S. SHIPPING
U.S. shipping is available to physical addresses in all 50 states (no PO boxes). If you require shipping to a PO box, military address or U.S. Territory, please contact us PRIOR to placing an order.
Our FREE shipping offer applies to prepaid orders for print products that are shipping to the 50 states. Free shipping does not apply to Purchase Orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to Canada and Mexico for orders of print products over $250.00. Shipping charges will be charged in addition to the cost of the products.
***PLEASE NOTE: Online access codes for HMH and Savvas are NOT available for international customers. You must reside inside the 50 states to receive online access for these publishers.***
To place an international order, please email us at Info@TheCurriculumStore.com and include the following:
1. Complete Billing and Shipping Name and Address
2. Email Address
3. List of the products you wish to order (a minimum of $250 in product sales is required)
Once we receive your email, we will furnish a quote that includes shipping charges and send an invoice for payment. We do NOT collect or prepay for any customs fees or duty charges. The buyer is responsible for paying for all customs or duty fees in their home country.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened print items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
NOTE: We only accept returns for physical print products. Ebooks, online access codes and kits that include an online access code are NOT RETURNABLE.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with instructions and address to return the items to within 1-2 business days after your request. You will need to include the RMA number with the return. Returns are not processed without an RMA number and must be shipped to the address we specify in the instructions.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items must be returned in their original new condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used. If your item was part of a kit, the entire kit must be returned.

DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS
If you received a defective or damaged item or if you did not receive your complete order, please notify us immediately and we will rectify the issue at our cost.
